Parent Contract

Here are some things for parents to remember to make sure everyone has a fun and stress free summer!

  • be on time! Registration and check in begins at 8.30am, arriving late can affect the whole camp. To ensure activities start on time and all campers get the most out of their day, please have your child dressed, sunscreened up, and ready for a day of fun! We understand that things come up – if you are running a little late please try and let us know.
  • ensure your child has adequate nutritious snacks and lunch, and they have eaten a good breakfast prior to arriving at camp. Camp does not provide lunch or snacks. Water will always be made available.
  • send your child with sunscreen applied and extra in their backpack. Counselors will remind them to reapply throughout the day.
  • respect our counselors. Our counselors are highly trained individuals who want all kids to get the most out of their camp experience. It is not beneficial to anyone to interrupt a counselor during an activity. For the safety of all campers please refrain from approaching your child or the counselor throughout the day. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Cameron Smith, our program director who can always be reached on (209) 753-2334 during camp hours.
  • pick up your child promptly if they are sick, or if a discipline issue arises.
  • pick up on time! Know your calendar, pick up points will be noted. If your child is being picked up by another parent, or is walking/biking home, please let us know.Parents have the right to enjoy their summer too. Please know that when your child is with us they are in a safe, fun, exciting and healthy learning environment!
